Shirley uses a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH2 digital camera, 14 megapixels and smaller than some smartphones. She is interested in subjects of all sorts and captures beautiful moments as they come. She has been trained as a photojournalist and marketer, and possesses experience as a professional in traditional and web-based media.

Born in the Philippines, Shirley is now based in Muscat, Oman, with her husband and daughter. She is a professional shopper, numbers cruncher and international certified fitness trainer by trade. She is also a multi-lingual published author, award-winning athlete, blogger, web savant, and master home chef.
